question i need help with in an application form for the fire service!!!!!!!!!!!

one think you could do is describe yourself in a situation where you had to face a very hard dillema regarding fire or natural distruction in which you made a quick and practical approach. Keep the description within certain limits.Dont pose as a super-hero.

I think what they are looking for with that question is quickwit.If I were you, I'd have tried to think of a fire situation where I had to work out something ,without any available resources , to extinguish the fire.I think they want to know how you could combine your knowledge and skill with spontaneity during emergency.

Hi this sounds like the question whare you have to sell yourself to so tell them any thing about fire prevention and putting out fire you know about try to think of times when you have had to be responsible for fire prevention or any time you have had to put a fire out? have a look on the net to find out about things airport fire service has to deal with and the different way to deal with fires on planes and fuel. My brother has just been for an interview to train as a piolet and he had a question kind of similar so he researched the airport companies and plains they fly at the moment and technical stuff to do with flying. hope this helps and good luck SELL YOURSELF!
