Interesting places to eat in Singapore

I'm always keen to find out: 1. interesting/unique food (edible food, not the fear factor kind of food) 2. Interesting place (theme restaurants, ambience) The two places I am currently keen to try: 1. Helio Cafe (www.heliocafe.com) They cook 'flowers'. Cool huh? I mean I do eat hibiscus flower (Roselle) but, Orchids? Hmm..not yet. Anybody tried it yet? How does it taste like? 2. The Clinic (www.theclinic.com.sg) Interesting place. Imagine the entrance being a morgue fridge, the seat are wheelchairs, drinking drinks from the er..what do you call those, blood pack? Just that its not blood, just a red coloured drink. Check out the website. For The Clinic, my problem is my friends do not want to go!
