What's your say on piracy (pirated issues)?

From Napster, Kazaa, Limewire, WinMX and other programs -- From MP3s, movies, PC Software and Games -- From Newsgroups to BitTorrent -- Have hackers gone too far? Are you against piracy? What do you think it will take for this to stop? Why or why not?

piracy for nonprofit use is fine. downloading songs/music/movies is fine. software, there's an auful lot of good free alternatives so that is pretty pointless. piracy for prophit isn't good.
