Has anyone here started their own GPT website?

I am interested in starting a GPT website and would like some help/tips from people who have already done this. I want to start something similar to DealBarbiePays, InstantProfitz, TreasureTrooper, etc. I know that I can get the site set up, no problem. There are programs to do that for you. But what I want to know is how to get the advertisers for the offers on your site. I also would like to talk to someone who has done this to see if this is really for me. I am definitely willing to put work into this everyday, but it can't be a full time thing. I have a very high needs small child. I can do MAYBE 4 hours per day of work. Also, I would like to know how much I can expect to pay in start up costs. Anyone have any experience with this?
