Holiness for husbands?

How do you encourage your husband to be holy? Or maybe your husband encourages you to be more holy, how does he do it? I think women have a natural talent for manipulating our men to our will, without him ever being aware of it...

I'm not married so possibly shouldn't respond to this discussion but it struck a cord in me. I think in some ways women can "manipulate" men but I also think we pay a high price for doing that. As for holiness, I don't think God would want someone to be "manipulated" into a relationship with Him so feel if a spouse is not holy the other spouse needs to pray and pray, unceasingly for the other spouse to find the right relationship with Christ.
