i had a lot of trouble figuring this out so im gonna post here to help others like myself.Redkawa produced a video converter for the wii heres the url http://www.redkawa.com/videoconverters/wiivideo9/ although its a good program i had to figure out that the converted video goes into the library and needs to be opened and then moveed from whereever it gets stored hope i helped somebody
