Broccoli Salad Pitas No meat

2 cups coarsely chopped fresh broccoli florets 1/4 cup sliced green onions 1 small tomatoe, seeded, chopped (3/4 cup) 1/2 cup purchased peppercorn ranch salad dressing 2 (6") pita pocket breads, halved leaf lettuce In med. bowl, combine broccoli, onions,tomato and salad dressing, mix well Line each pita bread half with lettuce. Fill each with about 2/3 cup salad mixture Opt. You can also add 2 tbs. of golden raisins and unflower nuts shelled to the broccoli mixture.

Here is one that I can make for my hubby if he gets his new job. With benefits I will be fixing lunches to keep him in tip top shape to do the job. Don't ever want to mess that up. Thanks so much for something that will be healthy and interesting for him to eat!!

I don't like broccali... but my fiance does and this sounds like something that he would love. Thank you for sharing.
