Funny Kids

I never wanted children, but now that I have one, I see what my life was before he was born: Empty. Does anyone out there have any funny stories about their kids? I would love to hear them. I have one that thankfully didn't happen to me, but was funny just the same. My son was four moths old and had the bad habit of urinating on you when you were changing his diaper. Thinking we were smart, we started putting a wipe over his you-know-what to avoid the unfortunate accident. Well, one day my husband went to change his diaper, and give me a break. I was in the living room reading when I heard my hubby say "You've got to be kidding me!" I asked what was wrong, and he walked out to show me the huge wet spot on the front of his shirt. I asked if he had forgotten to use a wipe and he said, "No, I put one on him, but he looked at me, pulled it off, peed on me, put it back, and then smiled at me" I was laughing so hard I fell off the couch! Does any other people out there have similar stories? If so, please share. These are the stories that make being a parent worth the while!

I have an 11 y/o boy and just had another boy. My oldest gets mad because the baby is demanding. Everytime my oldest wanted to come talk to me or spend time with me I either had to feed the baby or pump more milk. He became so aggrevated he put a sign on my bedroom door that read "DO NOT DISTURB EVER! There's a nipple on the loose." Where in the world did he come up with that? lol

LOL...my older brother when I was born was so jealous that my mother had to buy him a doll so he could "nurse" it whenever she was nursing me. He has never lived that down, and there are pictures to prove it, and he still denies it now!

Kids are funny because they say and do things that just come out at the best times. Once my 4 year old son and his grandfather were out in his pickup.. We hit a rough patch of road and grandfather said.."damn this road is bumpy!" That was pretty well the end of it until about a month later. The three of us were in the truck again in the city and gramps hit a big pothole and my son chimed our "damn this road is bumpy!" You had to be there. It just broke us up it was so funny. One day when he was in school first learning how to print, his teacher sent home some of his work with him. He was supposed to print.."I had a shirt of many colors." And he forgot the "R" in shirt. I'll never forget that and I'm sure his teacher still tells the story.

Those are too cute! I can't wait until my son gets to that age. It will be precious, I am sure.
