I noticed, that members , who have much less posts here, have more stars neither who have more stars...I thought, that I must post certain number of topic or responds for getting star (for example - 100 posts- one star). But i saw, that one lucky even he had less posts neithe me, he could be proud having not one star...
how it can be? what I must do to improve situation?

Not really. star has nothing to do with your post count or your earnings. it represents your reputation on mylot, regardless how much you earn or how many your posts are.
I have had 9 for as long as I know and I started with 6 when I reached 100 or so. My star keeps going up or stay, never goes down I guess I am considered harmless :)
But you will find stars can go up and down too much like earnings can go down some days and up another day, sometimes even your post count gets down for some reason mylot deletes your post for example. Just keep posting and you'll get the experience. welcome aboard!

I heard some people who were inactive for 3 days got their stars down, but no one really knows if it's down because they were inactive that long or just so happens other mylotters mark their topics negative when they are not around. but like I said it doesn't effect earnings and as long as you don't break the rules, you won't be banned and should be able to post whenever you can. What can you do about it? you do have other responsibilities in life too ?
Your earnings will go down if you break rules and your posts got deleted, that's all.

My earnings don't increase so quick as I give a stars:0 But no matter:)
Unfortunatellt i still didn't make e-gold, coz couldn't understand how to fill form. What mean description and Alternative description, required to note in that form.
Hope will find answer someday with help of other memmers here:)

thanks for respond! I was really pleasured by myLot, when get 9 stars at one sight!:)
But do it means ( as u told stars can get down) that I must come here online everyday? I don't know do i will be able to make posts everyday. Am very busy with my job and nowadays sometimes haven't only 1 hour free. More free time have at weekends.
Honestly I like this site even I wouldn't earn or get stars. No doubt it is amazing feeling to get payment and stars as prize:)

Now I only have seventies posts. May be I can reach 100 tomorrow or the day after tomorrow! Waiting for that moment!

thank u for respond and wishes:) if u don't mind- one more question: firs star after 100 posts. do it mean second star after 200 posts? 3'rd after 300? 4. ...?

u mean stars deppends of admiring and positive mark. Does replying of others to my posts means their positive marks? hm... don't laugh of my silly questions:)
