have you used clixsense before? do they pay??? do you have a premium account??

I stumbled across on eof those payed to click site called clixsense, Right now i have a free acount and can click ads and get some money while im browisng. Ive only been signed up for a few days and ive noticed most of the "free account ads are only 1 to 5 cents per ad. I havnt reached the payout limit yet of 10$ I was curious if they actually do payout, and also, they say anywere from 1 cents to 5$ per ad, are all the high paying ads in the premium member ship section.
