Red days! Bad days?

I feel irritated when i have red days! Im sure all ladys knows about it? I can't have a good sleep coz i might have stain on my bed and in my pajama. What do you do to avoid stain during red days?

Do u experience pain? What do u do? What seems to ease the pain? Anyways, I am having my aunt flo visit me today, and its hurting. Any ideas for home remedies?

I take mefenamic acid for the pain I experience during red days. That would help you.

I always wear a pad to bed on those days, the ones with wings that wrap around underwear seems to stop stains the best. Sometimes it helps to wear a pantyliner in the back of your underwear too behind the pad if you sleep on your back, it helps to not have to worry so much.

I wear adult diapers for my heavy flow during sleeping time. But that is too expensive.

hi there oooo i hated them red stains too! i don't have any red days anymore and im well happier! i get the needle which is a contreceptive and it stops the monthly's this si truly the best bet and im glad i have it done! the best thing to do is wear about 2 pairs of underwear when your in the house as nobody will see you and this should help prevent any spills!

Im planning to have an injectible contraceptives but i heard its not 100% accurate. Its that true?

Hmm. Never heard of it being called "red days." You should try using a tampon, with a panty liner for just in case. No big deal.

Im afraid to use tampon, and never been used that even once. Thanks for the advice!
