what is the best way to ease a broken heart?

me and my bf of five years are having problems... it seems that the relationship is going nowhere.. and to think we are miles away... should i simply let him go?

I'm sorry to hear this. I think you should let him go if both of you have tried working things out but it's just not succeeding. Better to hurt now than to wait till things get out of hand.

if everything you tried goes wrong, there is really no point of saving that relationship. if you are suffering from a broken heart, then first, admit it then let go. i know it is not very easy but you have to start and everything will follow
