Is American Idol the last great reality show?

I don't know about you, but I can't believe all of the spin-offs of reality programming since the original Survivor. That was the actual 1st reality show, wasn't it? Now we are inindated with all of these terrible reality shows...Fox even has a cable channel dedicated to them. I still find myself intrigued by American Idol. What do you think? Do you like other shows like "Dancing with the Stars," Etc????

I really do like American Idol even though this year seems to be really lame. Yes, I think the whole reality tv has gotton way out of hand. I don't really spend anytime watching the other reality shows,but my kids love that Are you smarter than a fifth grader show. The one I find really revolting is the wife swop (not sure I have the name right).
