I suggest u use Internet Download Manager. It have download timer. Try it.

all download managers generally have this time scheduling option . And you can try Flashget . if you are using windows operating system then you can also make use of the task scheduler .

there are numbers of like internet donwlaod manager u torrent bit torrent which has shceuler function mostly designed for users like you and then there is limewire the most talked about and there are many others try googelising also i forget the flash get its under testing but hope it will be good and will serve my purpose of dwonloadint things over internet
