I can't wait to see the new film "300" which is based on the 300 Spartans who saw off a large persian army when they were at the height of their power. I didn't realise but all males in spartan society were taken from their family at the age of 3 by the state and trained to be soldiers, they were pretty tough cookies by all accounts

I know that it is going to sound really nerdy, but I can't wait for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie to come out tomorrow!

No harm, childhood memories make current movies even more special.

I want to see the movie with Adam Sandler. He plays a guy that lost everything on 9/11 and he meets up with his old college buddy. That looks like a really touching story and I'm sure I'll cry seeing it, but I'm hoping it has a happy ending! I also want to see the movie Premonition. Sandra Bullock is one of my favorite actresses and she usually plays excellent roles.

The most recent movie I saw was Lryics and Music, with hugh Grant and Drew Barrynore. I loved it. It's a great romantic comedy. I posted a review on my Friendster Site and Gather Site. Before that it was The Holiday, with Kate Winslet and Cameron Diaz. The latest one I saw on DVD was Little Miss Sunshine and it was great!! I generally like mysteries, suspense and comedies. the movie I'm really looking forward to is Premonition.

My textbook said children of Spartans were taken at the age of seven to become soldiers. Don't you wish everyone could agree on history? Either way, that is awfully young. I am looking forward to the Nicole Kidman movie, The Golden Compass. I've heard great things about it.
