I have read that children who grows up in a home where the mother constantly talks about loose weight but never really get herself together and do something about it are more likely to end up procrastinating everything in their lives. Do you think that is true?

Could be, but it is for certain that over weight mothers produce some over weight kids. When the wrong foods are introduced to children, they set a pattern that is forever followed. I have seen babies...let me repeat that....babies eating sugary cereal, drinking soft drinks in their bottles, teething on high sugar cookies, snacking on oil ladened french fries and I can't help but wonder why?

I have never heard about this-- I do agree that children who grow up with overweight families would tend to be overweight themselves. Only because of the food choices they make. I don't think it ties into procrastination at all. I know my family has started to eat healthier-.. We exercise more.. I have probably put on 10 extra pounds in the last couple years--- I'm doing something about it- We're not dieting-- just eating healthy! I'm teaching my daughter to be healthy...
