How many times in a year do you change your printer cartridges???

i using a refill cartridges..brandnew cartridges are too expensive than the refill one..but something is totally broken i had to buy a new one..more or less 20 pcs a year..

12 times a year or more. at least once a month.. i'm using a laserjet printer with heavy duty cartridge.. still max one month one cartridge.

When everything is getting down as I should get them done I can use new cartridges every other month. I keep records and print off recipes for my binders and reciepts for Ebay and half.com Then there are directions when I travel to take with me so as to follow a map. So ink is needed regularly.
