A friend of mine lend some cash and jewels to her friend who was in a financial difficulty. After sometime she shifted to her native place which is far away but now my friends finds it very difficult to contact her in person or by telephone to get the money and jewels.Legal action cannot be taken as their is no written evidence.Atleast she should have informed my friend if she was really unable to repay the debts.Have you ever met such a person in your life. Can you suggest some ideas to get back the money from her?

Hire some gundas for their money . This is best possible way to get her money out. I think person who took money and not replying is a loser. I have faced this problem a lot as I deal in finance only and best way is take actions and let person realize that she need to give money return or her life is in danger.

Shakespeare's Hamlet once said: "Neither a borrower nor a lender be For loan oft loses both itself and friend" In your friend's situations, no lines have been more true. When we loan things to friends, doing it in full trust, we actually risk both the friendship and our valuables. Unfortunately, if it has never been a business arrangement at the beginning without the standard paperwork, then your friend has no legal recourse. The most that he can do is charge this whole thing to experience. Sad to say, he suffered two major losses, his money and jewelry and his friend.

This is the risk you take unfortanatly and I have been bitten once before, karma I think is the only thing you can rely on in these situations unfortanatly. I have tried in vein to get money out of a friend. There is nothing you can really do about it but once I read if you lose a friend over $20 then its a well spent $20. I have to say I agree in someways if your friendship with this person came at a cost its properly worth letting bygones be bygones.
