How to control sleep? Please help me out.

It's actually a good thing if you are sleeping for 10 to 12 hours a day. This is a healthy sign and just continue this if it's not affecting your daily routine or job & whatever duties you have to perform in a day. I think it's because you are going lazy but it's the body what is neede because you might be stressing your body or brain a lot in a day. The excess physical or mentle work sometimes needs to be compensated by additional rest or sleep. So I would like to advise you to continue the sleeping fun unless affects your work or job as such. Wishing you the same kind of sound sleep for whole the life without any worries and tension in the life.
