my clutch got loose

hey there.I have 91 nissan 240sx se and few days ago I was driving it and my clutch start to feel soft and get hard to change gearnow I can`t drive it anymore,but I saw some oil on carpet I think it was leaking.anybody can tell me what must be wrong?
