Do you get mad at times? When you have to finish a lot of work and the time is insufficient, or when you expect something positive and it turns negative or when you something to someone and the other doesn't understand what you are saying or when things comes across out of your expectation, or when things goes out of your control or when someone shouts at you unnecesarily.... What will you do then? How will you take the situation. I will try to make up my mind to calm down myself for a while and sit doing nothing for sometime. The whold dilemmas will go out slowly and I will continue to do my routine work. What is your experience, what is your approach

yes at my age i think it's easy to be mad, but the positive thing it's that is also easy to be happy especially when you have some friends, if you are mad is important to have friends that help you to become happy

Of course I get frustrated at these things, everyone does and to say any different would not be totally honest. I try to take everything in stride. When someone is yelling at me or belittling me, I kill them with kindness. Never raise my voice, smile, and answer in a calm, rational tone. When I don't have enough time to finish my work, whatever that may be, and staying late is not an option, I do the most important things first. I f someone has difficulty understanding me, I low my speech down or try to explain myself in a different manner so that they might understand better. I do get frustrated sometimes, but I never allow those feelings to weigh me down.
