Housecleaning

i try to keep my house fairly clean but its not spotless, i do dishes and clean the kitchen daily but i only vacum 3 times a week.. i pick up daily but only dust like twice a week, so its not spotless but you dont have to kick a path or move stuff off the couch ( unless its a blankie) to sit down

I normally do a run through cleaning everyday on my house, picking up the big stuff, sweeping, laundry. As far as the other "deep cleaning" I usually do that once a week. I don't like my house to be dirty either, but with 3 kids, it definatly has a "lived-in" look. Toys on the floor, backpacks not put up, etc. But to me that isn't dirty. All my dishes are clean, laundry put away & floors swept. There are times that I get on a roll & really clean the heck out of my house, leaving nothing untouched, and that is the time that I love my house the best, but it never lasts. I have to be happy with a "lived-in" look, that or I would be cleaning 24/7! lol

I wouldn't say picky really but everything does have it's place. Wish someone could remind my kids that! I keep a pretty tidy house actually but I'm not a neat freak. The kitchen and bathrooms are a definite must, everyday. Vacumming is done everyday, the color of my carpet shows everything. I only dust about once a week, it's my dreaded chore. My family think's I'm obessed too but really I'm not. Or at least I don't think I am.
