The day after St Paddy's day

we had the corned beef, cabbage, carrots, red potatoes, soda bread (made with craisens instead of raisins, and caraway seeds - but instead of guiness, my beloved brought home some Killians Irish Red to wash it down.

Yes, I had corned beef, cabbage, carrots and potatoes yesterday but I don't particularly like Guinness so I gave that a miss. It was a very large joint of corned beef so we had the same again to-day. Thankfully it has all been used up now and we are all going to go out for a meal to-morrow to give me a break from the cooking.
