controlling stress and anger is one of the most difficult task people do face in life. research has show that poor stress and angewr control can lead to death, suicide, diseases like cancer, emotional problems, high blood pressure. below are ways to control stress and anger. 1. listen to music 2. go out and take a walk 3. do a little bit of exercise 4. engage in activities that give you joy. 5. do some meditation and 6. have a good night sleep

on controlling stress: 1. I play with my baby. 2. I listen to my favorite music. 3. I do yoga. 4. I watch movie. On controlling anger: 1. I inhale exhale. 2. I stay in my room and divert my attention. 3. I tell myself that getting angry will make me ugly.
