Do you think they should make POT legal??

This is a question in the House of Representatives and I always wondered what others thought about it. I mean drinking is legal if kept under control and it impairs the mind too!!! So the question should Pot be legal if used in a controled & similar fashion? With the exception of the drunk drivers/high drivers still getting locked up??
