Are you tired of these copycat computer animation movies???

I just saw "The Wild" last night, and I thought it was terrible. Generally I like the animation movies, but I just think that the film companies are getting out of control, trying to spit these things out as fast as they can. Look back to the original Shrek, or Monster's Inc, and remember how good those were. Are you getting tired of these hokey remakes?? Is there a good one out there that you can recommend? Thanks

I totally agree with you...The Wild was awful!! The copycat thing has been going on for a while now. I remember when Bug's Life and Antz came out about the same time (and if I remember right, there was some fired person situation with that), but it has just become so obvious anymore. Monster House, I thought was a really good movie - the kids and us adults both really enjoyed it.
Just today we rented Open Season and Barnyard, not sure which we are watching tonight but I find it difficult to get excited about the animation movies anymore.
