how to choice ?

my boss always ask me work overtime everyday and i was did so for past one year .
these days, i am consider that what is important to me ? my private time or my job ? the result is that i need time to relax and study ,so i decide off work on time every day .
but my boss was dissatisfactoried with me for this case.
what can i do ?
