Cheap cellphones

i have an experience like this before. when i was walking in the market, a man approached me and asked me if i want a cellphone. he showed me the unit and i was like worried because he looked like a snatcher. hehe. sorry if i became judgmental here. i answered him no and thankfully he did not do anything to me. i noticed from his moves that he urgently looking for a buyer because every person he saw, he approached them one by one. better buy a cellphone in the stores to be sure it's not stolen.
