Dream Girls: How would you rate this movie?

I recently saw Dream Girls and the movie is so fabulous! the music is wonderful and the entire cast is superb! I love Jennifer Hudson. She really touches the soul with her voice and her song. I recommend the OST to people who love soul music and jazz as well.
My rating for this movie 9, 10 being the highest. why 9?! well I expected a superb acting from Beyonce but it seems that Jennifer Hudson did better than her. I love her face though. Beyonce is really pretty.

i did watch the movie but i don't like it.. i have no comments about it.. but i like beyonce and eddie murphy! maybe i did not understand the movie because i was watching i pirated dvd..

yes, try watching it on big screen. i guess i love the movie coz i really love movies that is like a musicale. :) i love eddie murphy too!

I agree. i was actually telling my friends that it looked like Jennifer Hudson played the lead part and not Beyonce. Beyonce was pretty though but Jennifer's voice really made her a very effective actress. the way she sang her songs really touched my emotions.

I Love this Movie. It is one of the Best Musicals out there. I really loved Jennifer Hudson in this one as well. I think this movie portrays to anyone wanting to be a Singer as in a Group, etc. is never give up your dream, and go for what you want. If you want some Great acting and Singing, this is one of the best.
