Given the Chance, Would you Want to Read your Animals Thoughts?

Well with the way technology is improving everyday, do you believe that it would ever be possible to know what your pets are thinking? Or better yet, would you even want to know what they're thinking? I know that my kitties are quite the prissy little creatures and they probably think some pretty demanding things sometimes! What cost would you be willing to pay to read your animals thoughts? Or would you rather not regardless of price?

OH if i could do this i would jump on it in a heart beat. I would of loved to have this abilty before we put the one cat to sleep like before she got sick. Maybe it would of helped to save her from dying from kidney failure. Sometimes i see these strange looks on my cats faces and i would love to know what they are thinking or what they want.

Ok I do rescue so it would be hard to hear everything that they think, but I would love no matter how much it would cost to know some things from my dogs.

You can easy read dogs and cats body lingo and voices. I know what my dogs want and when. Older dog has special lingo, different for different situation. She can even cry. Very often she is coming to me and act like "talking" when she wants to walk. When it is more like cry...she is asking for water....fusy cry...she wants me to go to sleep...so she can jump on bed and sleep with me...:)

That would be a funny thing to figure out. I actually need to read my Yumi's mind sometimes because she's great 90% of the time but there is that little bit everyday were she just whines and looks at me like she wants something. It'd be nice to know what so I wouldn't have to go through the whole house and do each thing I think it could be lol.

I would really want to read the mind of my neighbor's dogs. They're barking most of the time, night or day. I think they're really saying something. I think they're really scared of so many things. I would also consider talking to them so we could change thoughts and give them advice for all their concerns.

I would love to be able to tell what my cat is thinking. I wouldn't mind knowing what animals think about in general. I often see that my cat is dreaming and I really wonder what it is he is seeing behind those lids of his! :) Maybe he is dreaming of his favourite meal.... How interesting that would be.

I would love to read my dogs thoughts some days. There are those days she gives me some pretty mean looks, so I may not want to read those thoughts. But when she is cute and cuddly I would Love to know what she was thinking. Of course I would want it for free but I would pay $25.00 for it if it was authentic. It would be nice to know a few things she thinks. I know there are times she thinks things like "stupid Human', what an idiot, or maybe she thinks "Silly humans" Can't even tell when I want to go out. My dog is 15 and has me well trained!

Yes I would love to read their minds just to get an idea of what they really thought of and not just as a meal and lodgings ticket. I would pay at the most $25.00 for that knowledge.

I don't have to read my animals thoughts. She pretty much lets me know when she is displeased with me!

That would be so wild if we know what they are thinking. Sometimes my cat lets me know if there's a storm coming.

Oh, I don't think so. I am not sure I would trust the implements anyhow - a good way to scam a lot of people out of a lot of money, for bogus made up information. But, anyhow, I do not think I would want to know what they are thinking even if it was translatable to american - I remember being anxious for my children to start talking so that they can share what they want or need or think...augh, now some days I wish they would just be QUIET!!! and let me to my own thoughts. : )

Well, I kinda do know when she is thinking I am a B**ch. Her looks say it all. The only time it would come in handy is when she wants something and I can't figure it out. Then I get the look that says "Stupid human"!!!

I dont think we'll ever really be able to read our animals thoughts, but I would love it. To be able to know what they need, when they need it. And to know how they feel. I also think vets would like that a lot, being able to talk to their actual patient rather than the owner lol

i think we would be wise not to know the thoughts of our pets. I certainly would not have liked to have read the thoughts of my labrador when we had him castrated blessed be

That would be nice at least we can know what they're thinking about their owner too. If we can read their mind we can either change our threatment to them. We might realized the best way we should do for our pets and how we handle them in a good way.

I don't think that this could be possible but I deffinatle think that this going to be useful. I like my dogs and cats so much and i would like to know what do they think when I talk to them or when they look for me like want to say something that I cannot understand. About the cost I am not sure... It depence of how rich I will be by that time.

Cost nothing. Especially when you are talking about placing electrodes on my kittie's head and de-coding what is going on in his mind, a scientist or doctor nearby, like a hypnosis clinic, nah I don't think so. A better way to sense what he is constructing within his thinking processes is to tune into his purring. See how close together and soft, OR erratic and anxious, feel what is causing him to react the way he does. People experience very deep connections to their animal guides that protect them throughout the course of their life. It could be an animal you fondly enjoy the company of or it could be one you want to stay as far away as possible, nevertheless, an animal guide is assigned to everyone whether you believe or not. I tend to understand my feline friends moreso than some of my human ones !

i will not pay anything to read my pets thought. I will just imagine what their thinking, i will just create something out of imagination that they are thanking me for taking care of them. I want to treat animals good, but i don't to level their intelligence to human as well.

I'd rather not be able to read animals minds. If you can read your pets minds, then you'd be able to read the minds of wild animals, and if somehow you were in a situation with a bear chasing you or something, would you really like to see how they plan to kill you and have you for dinner? I know it's far-fetched, but that's something I wouldn't like to know, even if I know that's what they are thinking. My mom used to say that my brother sister and I were very lucky that our dog couldn't talk, because if he could we'd be in a lot of trouble.
