I prefer to do brisk walking in the wee hours. The air is fresh and its not too taxing like jogging or cycling..

That will depend on your level of fitness, I personally like to go for a slow jog in the night after 10pm, the air are fresher and the street are quiet. After the jog, rest under the stars for a while to cool down and go home for a hot shower before heading to bed. Usually, I will slepp better after a jog.

I feel going for walks is the best thing to do early in the morning. As walking is relaxing esp. when cool breeze is blowing and one is walking on grass. Besides walking is simplest form of exercise and can be done by anyone and anytime and there is no risk of injuries too. Besides it is quite effective too.

I perfer jogging or walking in the morning. You can breath the fresh air and so some exercise that make you health.

I guess it's up to the person himself. Someone prefers a good walk in the morning (or in the evening), someone would rather have a ride on the bicycle. As for me, I try to walk as much as possible. I also attend yoga classes twice a week and go to the swimming-pool from time to time.

Well yaar i do swim once in week that will give exercise to all parts of the body...compared to jog,cycling..
