I think Divorce process should be made tougher and very difficuilt as mostly people nowadays opt for divorce to move apart from relationship and later realize that they have made a mistake . The process should take more time so that person can think again and again that is he/she making right decision.

Harder. Then people will think twice about getting married and take it seriously. Honestly, marriage is sacred. If divorce is made easier, there would be more people who would want to top Britney's 1 week marriage.

It should be made easier. Once it gets to that stage a marriage will never be saved anyway, and if it is, they will still end up back in divorce court sooner of later. The only reason it is dragged out is to earn the lawyers more money.
