Hi how many of you know what are the dishes we can prepare using cocnut as here in chennai we cook Appams and eat it with Coconut Milk. Coconut rice is something we make with coconut is there anything esle we can prepare with coconuts i'm not interested in the sweets we can prepare with coconuts. Can you give me an insight on this? And is coconut is good for health and in what way?
