I thought I had heard it all - but obviously not. A woman died during a long flight with british airways so what did they do? They took the woman out of economy class and placed her in first class, they supported her body with pillows and even put a seatbelt on her. The daughter who was in shock was placed beside her dead mother and witnesses says she cried for the 5 hours remaining of the flight. The other passangers on the plane sisnĀ“t realise that she was dead and severazl times told teh cabincrew that the woman seemed to be ill, or atleast not feeling well. A spokesman for britich airways has apologized but also said that the staff did what they could out of a bad situation... What is your wiev on this ? What do you think they could have done instead? Do you think it was a good solution?

i think that is the best they can do on that situation maybe they do that in order that other passegers may no go into panic.Even if they want that woman to be put on a coffin i thnk there was none.or maybe they told it to other passenger so tha they can understand the situation.

that's a scary story. if it's the best thing they could do, then, it's okey. i just feel so sad for the daughter who had been crying for hours. i hope they could have done so much more. hoping there could have been medics or any doctor on the plane, too who might have helped. it's good to know that they have apologized somehow. i still feel sad for the daughter.

Well if there isn't any other room to place the deceased, they tried to make the best out of a bad situation. Maybe they could have put a sheet over the deceased but then again they might shock the other passengers and they others wouldn't be able to enjoy their flight.
