How to get through cabin crew interviews?

I really want to be a cabin crew I applied all the airlines here in UAE. I got interviewed but I just until the final interview in both airlines I applied. I dont know why? what they are looking for... The first airline is the gulf air i passed in all the stages but when its in the final me and 2 of my friends have not been successful to get the job. Second, is the emirates airlines same thing had happened I passed the group discussions, english test and grooming. Out of 60 applicants were only 5 left to final interview. 3 ladies from kenya, colombia and me (philippines) and 2 men from india. I've waited the result for almost a month and then i just received an email saying that i'm unsuccessful. I cant understand how it goes because they dont even give feedback.
