I like cabbage. Brussels sprouts, string beans,Bok Choy, Greens. With cabbage I ike it boiled, a little and then I fry it with bacon, I don't like a lot of water in it. tastes good with less water. brussel sprouts. I boil it, take out excess water. put a little salt and peper to taste. String beans, I use bacon grease to give it favor. I don't like alot of water in Strings Beans either. Bok Choy is good lettuce, It is good for a salad, use Boy Choy Lettuce instead or using romaine or Ice Berg Lettuce. It is very good. I would like to know what green vegetables you eat and cook. and tell me how you prepare it? Have a nice day!! = +

My family and I like common bracken. It’s a plant which grows widely on wet land especially on river band. It can be made into various delicious dishes. It can be cooked with curry powder, pepper, yellow ginger, coconut milk. It’s a tasty and yummy indeed.

I absolutely love corn on the cob and green beans! When I was a child I had a deadly aversion to green beans. I just couldn't stand them! I remember my second grade teacher making me eat them and I ended up throwing them up. As I got older, I tried again and I absolutely love them!!!!! During the holidays I make a green bean casserole and my family just loves it. It is a request every year. Easy and quick to make.
