What is your favourite Marilyn Manson album? Mine is Mechanical Animals, I like every single song in it, Great big white world, Dope Show, Coma white, etc..

My favorite album is definitely Golden Age of the Grotesque, followed closely by Holy Wood and Mechanical Animals. I find his older stuff a little harder to get into, but I suppose that's not very suprising since I AM a Bowie fan too. *lol*

You mean I have to pick? *lol* Well, let's see here ... On Golden Age, I'd say my favorite songs are "Ka-boom Ka-boom", "Use Your First and Not Your Mouth", "(s)AINT", and "Para-noir". On Holy Wood, my favorites are "The Love Song", "Disposable Teens", "Cruci-fiction in Space", and "Count to Six and Die". My absolute favorite Manson song of all time is "The Speed of Pain", though. ;)

My favourite Manson album. Well, I am an original fan, not saying anyone here isn't, I just don't know how old you all are lol. I have to say that I love his earlier stuff. I love Portrait of an American Family, Smells like Children, and of course Anti-christ Superstar. I like Mechanical Animals but it is too Bowie for me to rank it as the best. But opposite of what Layney said, I prefer the more industrial angry Manson to the sleeker, new age Manson. I can just identify with it better.

Well it's tastes matter... I discovered Marilyn Manson listening to Sweet Dreams and The Beautiful People but I have a rock soul, not so industrial so I prefer Mechanical Animals. However I respect totally your tastes and thanks to you I'm going to listen to AntiChrist Superstar again! Bye.

Hey I am just happy that there are people out there that still like him! These days he is not popular in my area anymore. It is hard to find people to talk to about Manson.

I like Holywood and GAOG. But his newest album is really starting to get up there. I love how all of his albums feature a different era and different sound. But all of his lyrics have a play on words. He is so freaking brilliant.

i'm torn between mechanical animals and antichrist superstar. i think my fav off mechanical is coma white-there's a cover of that floating around the web that is attributed to type o negative.. sounds like them,but i'm not sure it is.

Among them I prefer Mechanical Animals... I have Antichrist Superstar too but I think it is too heavy industrial, while I prefer much more the hard-alternative rock of Mechanical Animals.

i definitely have to agre with you on that one- mechanical animals is my fav- it's got real feeling to it. Coincedntally, have you ever heard the accoustic version of Coma White? It's so beautiful it made me cry when i first heard it.
