What is the best solution to cope with anger?

A lot of Filipino citizens can't afford to have an anger management, it's too costly! That's why therapists go abroad and work there coz they are better paid there. Anyway, can anyone just give or share some solutions to cope with anger?

I tried to scream out loudly facing the sea like what those actress did in the movies . It does help to release tense and anger .
