Hello Friends, Believe it or not but I think It is True, Since many parents are working they dont get time to look after their dear ones resulting that their kids getting completely spoilt. Some take advantage of their freedom and may end up getting involved in the wrong company or may even pick up dirty habits such as smoking, drinking, drugs etc. I have come acreoss a lot of such incidences,What about you? Please share your experiences with me. Thank You

I don't think I would use the term "spoiled" to describe the way children act out their lack of parental attention. I've counseled many troubled teens, and it's more of those teenagers acting up to get some kind of attention from their parents, regardless of its in the form of discipline or understanding...they just want to feel like they're worth worrying about and worth garnering attention. I feel like the children who become "spoiled" are the ones whose parents buy their children's love. Because they don't have time to spend with their kids, they keep buying gifts as a substitute.

I strongly agree with you, the parents are responsible for their children's upbringing. In today's world it happens mostly where both the parents are working and are not able to give much time to their children. Also, most of the parents give freedom to their children and don't keep control over them which spoils them... so right parental guidance are most for the child's bright future...

I don't think this is always true. I think there are good parents who have to work and still treat their children really well when they get home.
