Eating too much grilled food may cause cancer. I love to eat barbeque and I can't help it! Do you think it can cause cancer? Would you like to explain if you have knowledge about this. Thank you.

As far as I know the cancer causing part of the food is only when it is burnt. this can happen when grilled, roasting or bbqing so as long as you cook it properly and don't burn or char it then you will be ok.

Hello senses.... Michelledarcey is correct.....only the charred parts are a problem. Removing the blackened portion will cut your risks significantly. Tom

Eating salads like cucumber and green vegetable salads help in absorbing the toxins that you get from barbecued foods. You can also drink pineapple juice for the same purpose. That's what I heard. ;p
