Help! I have a cold & have to go to work tomorrow, What is best thing to take?

My nose is stuffed up and I have to blow it about 3 times in 10 minutes. My ears are all clogged and I can't hear well. I have no sick days so I have to go to work. (I'm sure I'm not contagious because I'v been sick for the whole weekend already and youre usually only contagious the first few days) What medication is the best to take? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I haven't had a regular old cold in about 8 years and dont' even know what medications are out there anymore.
