Pizza Hut: Bad services?

I love the pizza at Pizza Hut, but I find their services really bad. I ordered a pizza, and after 20 minutes, it's finally ready. I tell the clerk to pass it to me, but then the clerk, literally, threw the pizza at me-- when I least expected it. So I screamed. The manager came out, and all sorts of people were looking. The clerk was muttering something in another language.
Has anyone ever had a bad experience at Pizza Hut?

yeah i did but the waitress came unstuck heres my story:
We went in and they took ages to seat us it felt like forever...anyways when we sat down ordered a pizza she asked us wat drink we wanted while we wait any way the drink came after 20 minutes (they had 4 other customers in there!!!!) well we waited an hour for our pizza and we complained,the pizza arrived 5 mins later she threw it on the table with a complete strop and muttered something in another language...the language happened to be portuguese which my partner speaks fluently.I cant remember what she said but my partner went off into a screaming row with her in portuguese and the manager came running out.....any way the waitress got fired on the spot and we got a free dinner....WKD

No, but I only get pizza for delivery. I hope you complained to the manager.
