Well i do i just can hit the bed without gettin fresh and takin bath and yes wat iam wearin is very important for me for a sound and gud sleep,which is my pujamas or cotton or saturn lowers and used tshirt which shud b softest and yes cleanest washed every second day,,wat are ur rules in bed i mean in matter of slepein and wearin stuff?wat do u wear whn u sleep? can u wear anythin and sleep?? or u are also specific like me?
