Do you think people look like a certain name?

have you heard the line.. "you look like a john", "you don't look like a charlotte", "you look more like a karen". i was wondering where do we base these things. i mean do we have concepts of how a certain name looks like in person? it's interesting where we get these assumptions. maybe because we know a "Peter" who looks a certain way so after that, we associated that look with the name Peter. am i making sense? have you been told you look like a certain name? i think i've been told before but i can't seem to remember what name it was.
