Has anybody been paid from Loyaltepays?? or Have you heard of this site?

I came across a site online called loyaltepays. I was wondering what you know of it? Is it legit? Is it worth trying?

loyaltepays.com --I havent been on this site in a long time. I wasnt sure if it is against the rules to post a website, that is why I didnt add the .com
