I know we all have our few favourite showpieces proudly displayed in our showcases.
But while dusting ,sometimes accidently it might brake.Has this happened with you?
I love crystal figurines and also the souvenirs I got from different countries.
I broke a lovely piece of chinese bone china miniature tea-set while trying to rub it clean and I was upset for a couple of days.
Was I reacting too hard?
What is your reaction? What are the favourite things that you have?

I don't have a favourite showpiece, but there was a vase I had.It was a gift from a close friend and it met the same fate as your chinese tea-set.The only difference was broken accidentally by the same person who gifted it to me.So,though I felt a little bad ,I kept smiling as I wasn't feeling guilty. But she took the pieces and brought it back the next day after fixing it with adhesive.I think it looked more perfect then,if that's possible ,lol.

once when i was small , may be around at the age of the 10 my younger bro broke one my favourite superman , which i got gifted that time it was hell for me that day and i reacted like anything, we had big fight which is famous till now, cause i never faught in my life after that....... after that my favourite statue of my own made by my fine artist friend got broke down some how but then i felt sorry ., not for me but for the person who made it......"everything that is created has to get destroyed " this is what my friend told me but then i felt sorry and i was helpless , more i can react was just nothing but calmness.....and thats more dangerous i think when i started learning making statues and now i do works in clay...........cheers
