I have a table made for one of the web sites I administer which has buttons linked to an artists name/indicidual web page. It's all listed alphabetically and right now has 50 buttons. My problem? Every time a new artist joins the guild, after creating the button with their name, I have to add it in it's appropriate spot. So far this has involver clicking on the table, adding one more row, which appears at the bottom, and individually slide buttons down until a space appears where the artist's name is inserted.
Question- how can I (am using a mac) click and then appleclick to get a bunch of them and then move them down all at once?

are you familiar with the html code for your table? Just go in the html (view split = code and design) and manually copy and paste a blank row before the one you want. That should be all you have to do.
