What makes you decide to stay for good in a company?

Nowadays, lots of people transfer from one company to another and some stays for good. If you are one of those loyal person, what makes you decide to stay in that company? And for those others, what will it be that will make you decide to stay for good?

I decided to stay in the company for a long time coz I enjoy what I am doing. I have lots of friends and there's no pressure at all. They make you feel that you are part of the family eventhough you are still new in the company. There's no discrimination and above all, it pays good also. So, that's it. If you enjoy what you are doing, then go for it!!

if the company pays me well and has a concern to his employees, i think i will stay.
