Supplements, do you take them? If not you my friend ARE missing out.

If you take none, and your alarmed, you should be. I'd like to open up a supplements discussion/debate. Do you think you should take them? What ones do you take right now? Do you think they are worthless? If so, why? Do you think the industry is a big scam? Surely, with a whole host of supplements in the industry some have to make it in your diet. A multivitamin, fish oil, protein shakes, greens, specific vitamins and minerals. The list is endless, something has to be important. Right? Or do you just completly miss the boat entirely? Yes, list them like uhh lets see here. Personally, I take fish oil, vitamin C, vitamin E, Alpha lolioc acid, a multivitamin, protein shakes (vanilla whey), and creatine (when I work out).
