I would like to ask is there wireless accessibility in your country? Such as wherever you go, you are able to connect to the internet with wi-fi computers or wi-fi enabled handphones?

I recommend looking at these two sites to find hotspots worldwide (in just about every country). The first is FON, which runs a global bandwidth-sharing network -- you can optionally install a router that they sell (they used to give these away, and occasionally still do) and get on the network for free, but I believe there are other ways to gain access to the wireless provided as well: http://maps.fon.com/?lang=en The other is http://www.wifinder.com/ ... a bit pedestrian but does include many countries. WiFi's getting more and more common these days, so it shouldn't be hard to find. Good luck!
